Check your email (SPAM/JUNK folder as well) for a ‘Welcome Email’ from Intuit Quickbooks.

Follow the instructions in the email to complete your account set up. 

You will need to have the following information available to complete your account,

• Social Insurance Number

• Banking information for Direct Deposit (transit number, institution number and account number). This can be typically found in your online banking or on the bottom of a cheque.

• NOTE: if you have been paid by Intuit Quickbooks in a previous or current job, you will need a new email address to set up your account so you can get paid. 

• Save your login and password so you can access your Intuit account anytime. 

• You will get emailed bi-weekly, so you can login into your account to view your direct deposit pay stub
