  • Adult Strength Sessions

    Group classes focused on the fundamentals: deadlifts, squats, presses, pull-ups, and smart conditioning to build power, stamina, and injury resistance.

    Small groups, coach included. Come ready to work — and ride better because of it.

  • Junior Gym (Grades 4-6)

    This fun and supportive intro to strength training helps young athletes build confidence and coordination while learning the basics of movement. We focus on foundational exercises, safe technique, and positive habits — all in a welcoming environment that keeps it playful and engaging.

  • Youth mtb (grades 6-8)

    For athletes ready to train with purpose. This focused and progressive program builds strength, confidence, and fitness through structured workouts in a supportive group setting. No experience needed — just a commitment to show up, work hard, and stay engaged.

  • Youth podium

    Designed for Gravity MTB Development and Select Team athletes — or those invited to join — this high-performance program pushes riders to build strength, power, mobility, and endurance. Sessions are structured, progressive, and demanding. Come ready to bring your best every time.

  • Personal Training

    Let us handle the programming so you can focus on showing up and getting stronger. Our coaches design custom strength and conditioning plans tailored to your goals, experience, and riding style.

    Train anywhere with MTB-specific programs designed by Gravity’s coaching team. Choose from 4- or 12-week options, with or without an in-person session to start.
