From private coaching sessions that focus on your specific goals to Co-Ed specialty clinics designed to sharpen key skills, every session combines expert instruction with a fun, supportive atmosphere.

co-ed clinics
Join one of Gravity’s co-ed mountain bike clinics and level up your riding in a fun, supportive group environment! Each session focuses on a key skill with instruction from our team of experienced coaches.
Clinics include:
Cornering — improve your body position and flow through turns
Drop Ready — gain confidence with proper form and safe progression
Jump Clinics — learn technique, control, and airtime safely
Trail Essentials — perfect for newer riders building strong fundamentals
Coached Group Rides — explore Cumberland’s best terrain with guidance and support
Each clinic runs between 1.5 and 2 hours and is capped at small group sizes to keep the focus on quality coaching and fun.
Private coaching
Book a private coaching session with Gravity MTB for quick, impressive results. Tell us your mountain bike goals, and we’ll build a customized program to help you reach them. Our one-on-one sessions give you focused instruction, expert feedback, and the confidence to ride stronger, smoother, and with more control on every trail.
All private sessions are a minimum of two hours and take place in the Cumberland Trail Network unless otherwise requested.
Rates:
1 Rider: $184
2–3 Riders: $119 per person
4–6 Riders: $99 per person
