Registration Policy & Guidelines.

GENERAL

  1. All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  2. Pre-registration is required for all sessions.

  3. Fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration (not applicable to private coaching sessions where a valid credit card is required).

  4. Gravity MTB reserves the right to make cancellations or changes as necessary.

  5. Please read registration confirmations carefully for information on dates, times, how to be prepared, etc.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. Cancellations received 30+ days prior to the program start will receive a full refund, less $25 admin fee*.

  2. Cancellations received 15-29 days prior to the program start will receive a 75% refund, less $25 admin fee*.

  3. Cancellations received 7-14 days prior to the program start will receive a 50% refund, less $25 admin fee*.

  4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the program start or for missed sessions during the program.

  5. A prorated credit less $25 admin fee will be given for cancellations due medical reasons with a doctor’s note.

  6. Refunds and credits will not be approved after a program has ended.

*Any Private, Semi-Private or Group Private Coaching sessions cancelled within the given timeframes will be charged a $25 cancellation fee to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
