Gravity’s Ladies Programs are built to help women riders progress their skills in a supportive, fun, and empowering environment. Whether you’re brand new to the trails or ready to tackle more technical terrain, our professional coaches will help you build confidence, control, and flow. Each session blends skill development with plenty of time on the bike — so you can ride stronger, connect with other riders, and have an awesome time doing it.
co-ed clinics
Join one of Gravity’s co-ed mountain bike clinics and level up your riding in a fun, supportive group environment! Each session focuses on a key skill with instruction from our team of experienced coaches.
Clinics include:
Cornering — improve your body position and flow through turns
Drop Ready — gain confidence with proper form and safe progression
Jump Clinics — learn technique, control, and airtime safely
Trail Essentials — perfect for newer riders building strong fundamentals
Coached Group Rides — explore Cumberland’s best terrain with guidance and support
Each clinic runs between 1.5 and 2 hrs.
ladies progression sessions
Designed for intro to intermediate female riders, these sessions focus on key mountain bike skills that build confidence and control!
Learn to handle your bike more smoothly, ride with better body position, and tackle new features with ease. Our professional coaches keep things relaxed, supportive, and fun — helping you take your riding to new places while connecting with a great group of riders.
Our Progression Sessions usually run as a 4-week series (1 session per week) and are optimized for small groups, personalized feedback, and good vibes.
